Industrial units and offices

We have a wide selection of self-contained light industrial units and offices, suitable for trade, commercial and professional organisations, from sole operators up to medium sized businesses.

No long term lease

There is no long term lease to sign, just a simple licence with a monthly fee which covers all main services, and we require only two months’ notice from our licensees.

Well Located

The centre is well located on the east side of Bristol with good access to the city centre and Bath and just five minutes’ drive from the Avon ring road for a fast link to motorways and rail. It is also on a main bus route and has ample car parking and secure cycle storage to make commuting easy too.
